In this inspection we test for:

Airborne mold, which is an excellent indicator of nonvisible moisture and mold, that cannot be determined by a standard inspection. We will also test the relative humidity of each room to determine if your house is a candidate for mold production.

Direct mold sampling and analsis if visible mold is present. We will test an unlimited number of rooms to determine the type of mold present.

Carbon monoxide testing of the heating system.

Testing for gas leaks.

Radon testing: With state of the art test and anti-tampering equipment. The EPA recommends Radon testing on all houses. We are nationally certified for testing and analyses.

Water bacterial testing: All water testing is by a nationally certified lab.

Water lead testing

Asbestos testing if asbestos type material is found.

Well testing for water ph, pressure and flow rate.

And last but not least, a full professional inspection of all the components that make up this home from the foundation to the roof and everything in between. These tests if done seperately would cost well over $1,300.00, however since this testing is all done at the same time we complete a standard home inspection we offer this full service at $800.00 for homes of 2,000 sq. ft or less, an over 30% discount.
